Home Partners provides responsible households a transparent new path to home ownership through its Lease with a Right to Purchase Program. The program provides three to five years* of rent certainty with an initial financial commitment of just a year. Home Partners is not a homebuilder or mortgage company. It invests in real estate and approves homes for its program based on expected appreciation. A qualifying applicant can choose a home in its price range from all "homes for sale" in an approved community. Home Partners buys the house, then leases it to the consumer.
